Diamond Grinding Prep
Proper prep is the foundation. We grind and profile the concrete with professional diamond equipment to ensure maximum adhesion. Cracks and spalls are repaired here.
Primer Coat
A 100% solids epoxy primer penetrates and seals the concrete, creating a strong mechanical bond between the slab and your finish coat.
Base Coat & Flakes
We apply a thick epoxy base in your chosen color, then broadcast decorative vinyl flakes evenly across the surface for a custom look and added texture.
Polyaspartic Topcoat
A clear polyaspartic locks in the color, protects against UV fading, and delivers the durable, high-gloss finish Rhino Tough is known for.
